Flannigan are in Ohio Tp., p. 241, with Josephine Shadomy and one other person I cannot identify (checking alphabetic index only, for 1860). Check original to clarify. Indiana has NO civil birth or death records before 1882. Bartholomew Co. has no newspapers prior to 1872.
