However, the wife had the name Cinderella... Probably no help, but I thought I'd bring it up.

The cemetery is Bluff Creek Cemetery. The tombstone is for Cassandra Spurgin the first wife of Presley LaForce. Presley and Cassandra were married in 1853 in Bartholomew County. She died in 1860 after the couple moved to Mashaska County, Iowa. They were parents of two children--Emma and William. I would be interested in any information regarding Cassandra. She is a "brick wall" for me and would be happy to exchange information.
