Thanks Lyndy, for looking. I have just come across the Allen Co directory for 1890 and find Jessee in Wayne township spelled Jesse B. FELGER, altho it doesn't give an occupation or location. So now I know he died between 1890 and 1900. And perhaps in was in KS before 1900. I appreciate your help.
