    3. There are microfilms at the Indiana State Archives: Indiana World War I Service Records. These are films of individual cards that vary a bit in their content but the copies I made contain Name, Serial #, Race, Residence, Where Enlisted, Place of Birth, Organizations served in, Ranks held, Engagements (battles? - my own interpretation), Wounds or injuries received, Served Overseas, Hon Discharge, Remarks. Indiana State Archives Indiana Commission on Public Records 140 N Senate Ave Indianapolis, IN 46204 On the copy of the records I made at the archives, I wrote down GSU # 1675376. I don't knw if that is reference to a particular film roll or what.
