    3. Hi Gene, I think your hoping in the wind if you think you won't be deluged by requests. There are a lot of Germans in Ft. Wayne. I'm betting my self 5 bucks that you get more than 50 requests. Sorry, I jsut had to comment on that. I was hoping there would be no time requests, because I'm trying to get more info. on the person I'm asking you to look up. Our library has a copy of Germans to America and I did find my g-g-grandfather. The age, time and occupation were right. But, I could not find his wife (fiancee at the time) in the correct time frame. I'm hoping with your Cd lookup something might turn up. Right now I only have confirmed the first name of my ancestor, so my info. is second hand from my grandma. I'm trying to get the microfilm on their marriage to comfirm her name and the marriage date. What I have is: Caroline Nahim Storch b.Nov. 1851, Prussia. The story is he came, work for her pasage, had his money stolen, and had to earn it again. He came Oct. 20, 1872 from the port of Breman. They were supposedly married in 1873 at St. Paul's Cathedral in Ft. Wayne. According to census info. in 1900, he had been here 28 years and she had been in US 27 years. I don't know if you will be able to find the correct woman with that infomation, but I thought it would be worth a try. Since I have not confirmed if Storch is really her last name, or something that sounds like that, I'm not sure you can find her. Anyway give it a try. Thanks, Nancy
