    1. Re: [INALLEN-L] Availability of divorce records
    2. The Allen County Public library Genealogy department may have the book that you are look for. Along with the obituaries and any information that would be obtained in a book. I do lookups for the Allen County Public library for a reasonable amount, but you don't have to pay until I find what you are looking for, if there is any information on it. I know that the information on Allen County is quite good, for I have family there too and I've looked in a lot of the books. If you need any more help just ask or email me. Good Luck. Sincerely, Brandi

    1. [INALLEN-L] PRAY FAMILY SEARCH
    2. Robert Glazier
    3. LINDA CHURCHWARD You recently did some search for me on the PRAY family, and got me two OBITS. The one area of the date of death on GORDON PRAY is the different dates of death. I already had the death certificate for him, and it has the date of death as 27, NOVEMBER, 1949. The way it looks between the OBIT and the Funeral Home Record is they have the date as 24, NOVEMBER, 1949. That was Thanksgiving weekend in that year. What i am trying to get to is, how could i verify the exact date of death for GORDON PRAY? I want to think that the 24th is the correct date, because it comes up twice in two different areas. Also you stated in your one response to me that you would be willing to look at the 1910 and 1920 census records. Would those be for that area? I have just completed looking at the 1910 and 1920 censun records for WAYNE COUNTY MICHIGAN and came up with quite a bit of information for the PRAY family at that time. If you think that looking at the census records in Indiana would be worth it, then feel free to do the search for me. I can't thank you enough already for the work you have done for me. THANKS AGAIN---------------------------HAPPY TRAILS----------------------------------ROBERT GLAZIER

If you contact the military department of your state and speak with the civil affairs department, they may be able to stear you in an expedited direction with the archives. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Triple H Ranch" <rheiser@gte.net> To: <INALLEN-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, January 13, 2001 4:25 PM Subject: Re: [INALLEN-L] Teddy Roosevelts Rough Riders of Fort Wayne, IN > Terry, > > It takes time to hear from the Archives.
