LeBRUN Raymond O. LeBrun, 84, Wren, O., a retired poultry dealer in the Wren area with 55 years of service, died at 1:50 a.m. (EDT) today at the Van Wert County Hospital, where he had been a patient for three weeks. He had been in ill health since June. He was a member of the Wren U.B. in Christ Church, where he had been a custodian for 30 years. He formerly served on the Wren Town Council for 12 years, and was a member of Homer Pierson Post 207 of the American Legion in Willshire, O. Born in Decatur on Oct. 4, 1897, he was the son of Ezra and Lucy Hoffman-LeBrun, and was married on March 19, 1918, to Elsie Miller, who survives. Also surviving are three children, Robert L. LeBrun, route 1, Rockford, O.; Mrs. Gerald (Marjorie) DeBolt, route 1, Markle; Richard D. LeBrun, Marietta, Ga.; a sister, Mrs. Leota Stauffer, Fort Wayne; and three half-brothers, Lelend Sheets, Wren; Carl Sheets, Fort Wayne, and R. Earl Sheets, Decatur; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. (Ohio time) at the Zwick, Boltz & Jahn Funeral Home with Revs. Michael Brown and John Richardson officating. Burial will be in the Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. (Ohio time) Thursday. Preferred memorial are to the Wren EMS.
