Kipley, 58, in Chicago. His death was attributed to a heart attack. Mr. Kipley was a brother of Mrs. John Neering and Mrs. Florence Des Jean of South Third street. Besides the two sisters, he is survived by his wife and two children. Funeral arrangements had not been completed this afternoon.
