Carr, 62, rural Rockford, Ohio, died in Adams County Memorial Hospital, Thursday, after a long illness. She was a native of Rockford. Among survivors are her mother, Lucille Bollenbacher Bransteter, rural Rockford; her husband, Carl E. Carr; a daughter; a son, Scott Carr, Rockford, and a brother, Kenneth Bransteter, Rockford. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in St. Paul United Church of Christ, with burial in the church cemetery. Visiting hours are 2-9 p.m. Saturday in Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, and 12:30-1:30 p.m. Sunday in the church.
