ARNOLD SAYLOR Rev. Arnold Saylor, 51, Fort Wayne, brother of a Decatur man, died Friday in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Among survivors are his wife; five sons; his mother and stepfather; 12 brothers, including John Saylor Jr., Decatur; and five sisters. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Fort Wayne's Highway of Holiness Church of God, which Rev. Saylor founded in 1968. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
