Steffen, 90, Bluffton, a native of Adams County, died Sunday in Christian Care Center. Among survivors are three daughters and two sisters, including Ida Steffen of Decatur. Her husband, Obed Steffen, died in 1977. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Apostolic Christian Church near Vera Cruz, with burial in the church cemetery.
