MILLER DIES ON SATURDAY Mrs. Phoebe E. Miller, 75, of Decatur route 5, six miles east of Decatur on U. S. 224, died suddenly Saturday evening at her home. She was born in Union township March 3, 1896, a daughter of William and Minnie Belle Reed-Hart, and was married to Curtis L. Miller Sept. 8, 1915. Her husband preceded her in death April 4, 1957. Mrs. Miller was an employe of the Adams County Memorial hospital and also a part-time employe of the Decatur Speed Queen fabric care center. Surviving are three sons, Charles (Bill) Miller of Decatur route 5, Laun (Dick) Miller of Decatur route 3, and Wendell P. Miller of Villa Park, Ill.; three daughters, Mrs. Ervin (Deloris) Burley of Convoy, O., Mrs. Richard (Marcella) Bryan of Columbus, O., and Mrs. Gerald (Winona) Light of Decatur; two half-sisters, Mrs. Iona Shifferly and Mrs. Dana Yarian, both of Decatur route 5. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Zwick funeral home, with the Rev. George Yarian officiating. Burial will be in the Decatur cemetery.
