CARRIE RHYMER DIES AT HOSPITAL Mrs. Carrie Rhymer, 59, of Monroeville, route 1, died at 3:40 p.m. Monday at the Adams County Memorial Hospital, where she had been a patient one week. She was born in Kentucky but had resided in the Monroeville area for 17 years. She was a member of the Hi-Way Holiness Church of God at Riverhaven. Surviving are her husband, Chester; one son Earl Rhymer of Monroeville; four daughters, Mrs. Virginia Roy of Germantown, O., Mrs. Maxine Mohr and Mrs. Pauline Clevenger of Monroeville and Mrs. Judy Aker of Bluffton; two brothers, John Messer of Fairborn, O., and Robert Messer, Jr. of Kentucky; four sisters, Mrs. Stella Gamble, Mrs. Alice Bingham, Mrs. Chelsea Smith and Roxie Cox, all of Kentucky, her mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Messer, Sr., of Walker, Ky; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The body was removed to the E. Harper and Son Funeral Home at New Haven. Arrangements have not been completed. ****** Decatur Daily Democrat Adams County, Indiana March 25, 1970 RHYMER FUNERAL RITES THURSDAY Funeral services for Mrs. Carrie Rhymer of Monroeville, route 1, who died Monday at the Adams County Memorial Hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Hi-Way Holiness church at Riverhaven, with Rev. Arnold Saylor officiating. Burial will be in the Monroeville memorial cemetery. Friends may call until 5 p.m. today at the E.
