Mr. Luginbill, a native of Adams County, had lived in Fort Wayne 35 years. He was retired from Central Dairy Co. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Norman Sprunger and Mrs. Morris Messick, both of Fort Wayne, and several grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Elzey-Dickey-Haggard home for Funerals, Waynedale, with calling there from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday.
