He was born June 28, 1976 in Bluffton. The father is employed at D. V. T. Plumbing and Heating, Fort Wayne. The infant is survived by the parents, Monwell and Donna Isnogle-Sheley; a twin brother, Joshua and two older brothers, Shannon and Brandon; the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Isnogle, route ?, Ossian, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Alspach, Yoder; and the great-grandmother, Mrs. John Isnogle (cut off) Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
