Oct 10, 2006 Terry L. Shoaf, 67, Decatur, died at 6:15 p.m. Sunday in Adams Memorial Hospital. He was born on June 11, 1939, in Adams County, to Raymond F. and Dorothy Elston Shoaf. He married Linda S. Andrews on May 24, 1958; she died on September 14 this year. He retired from the Dana Corp. plant in Fort Wayne after a 38 year career and was a former member of the U. S. Army Reserve. Surviving are five sons, Scott A., Joshua and Randy Shoaf of Decatur and Brian A. and Stacey Shoaf of Fort Wayne; four sisters, Karen Joseph of Decatur; Mrs. Bud (Jane) Leninger of Monroeville; Mrs. Chuck (Pam) Bollenbacher of Rockford, Ohio and Mrs. Jerry (Darlene) Alexander of Fort Wayne; four brothers, Allen and Bill Shoaf of Decatur, Phil Shoaf of Willshire, Ohio and Paul Shoaf of Fort Wayne; and three grandchildren. Three sisters are deceased. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, with burial in Decatur Cemetery, including graveside rites by the color guard from American Legion Post 43 in Decatur. Visiting hours are from 2-4 and 5-8 p.m. Wednesday. Preferred memorials are to the angel fund within the Adams County Community Foundation or to Bi-County services.
