She was born on Feb. 9, 1942, in Decatur, to Russell and Idora Lough Andrews. She married Terry Lee Shoaf, who survives. She was the operator of Yuppy Puppie Grooming in Decatur. Other survivors are 5 sons, Scott A., Joshua and Randy Shoaf, all of Decatur; and Brian A. and Stacy Shoaf of Fort Wayne. Three grandchildren also survive. A sister is deceased. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Zwick & John Funeral Home, with burial in Decatur Cemetery. Visiting hours are noon-3 p.m. and 4-6 p.m. Sunday.
