ADA SITES Funeral services for Mrs. Ada Sites, 79, who died suddenly Monday at her home, 330 North Chestnut street, Van Wert, O., will be held at 2 p.m. (EDT) Thursday at the Alspach Funeral Home in Van Wert. Rev. Jason Sherwood will officiate and burial will be in Woodland Cemetery at Van Wert. Friends may call at the funeral home until time of the services. Born in Middlebury, O., July 4, 1893, she was a daughter of Henry and Sarah Harvey-Shook, and was married to Omer Sites Dec. 26, 1910. Her husband preceded her in death in January of 1941. Mrs. SItes was a member of the Trinity Friends Church. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Elmer (Dorothy) Gerke of Decataur route 3, Mrs. Julius (Gladys) Winhover and Mrs. Russell (Violet) Lamb, both of Van Wert; four sons, Omer Sites, Jr., and Kenneth Sites of Van Wert, Leon Sites of Monroeville and James Sites of Spencerville, O.; one sister, Mrs. Iva Wood of Grover Hill, O.; 20 grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
