Spaulding, 66, Indianapolis, father of a Decatur man, died Wednesday in Wishard Memorial Hospital, Indianapolis. Surviving are his mother, a daughter and a son, David A. Spaulding, Decatur; a sister and three brothers. Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Appleget Lawrence Mortuary in Lawrence, with burial in Oaklandon Odd Fellows Cemetery, Lawrence.
