BADENHOP Ida E. Badenhop, 81, Bluffton, a former Decatur resident, died at 5:40 p.m. Sunday in Meadowvale Care Center, her residence the past year. She was born in Union Township on September 1, 1912 to Adam J. and Christina Bleeke Bienz and married Carl H. Badenhop on August 31, 1940. He survives. She was a retired employee of G. C. Murphy Co. and a former custodian at Zion Lutheran Church in Decatur, where she was a member. Other survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Fredrick (Janice) Schlemmer, rural Decatur, and Monica Huffine, Decatur; two sisters, Mrs. Martin (Amalia) Bulmahn, Decatur and Mrs. Oscar (Norma) Schuller, New Haven; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Three brothers, a sister and two half-sisters are deceased. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Zion Lutheran Church with burial in Decatur cemetery. Visiting hours will be from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in Zwick-Sefton and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur and from 9-10 a.m. Wednesday in the church.
