He was an employee of the City of Decatur for some 20 years. Among survivors are his wife, Helen; three sons; two daughters, including Donna Money, Willshire, Ohio; three brothers, including Walter Zimmerman, Decatur and Avon Zimmerman, Monroe; and four sisters including Eileen Rice and Phyllis Fairchild, both of Decatur.
