BAILEY Andrew D. Bailey, 77, 915 Indiana St., passed away at 9:20 p.m. Friday at the Community Care Center, where he had been a patient for 14 days following a long illness. A lifelong resident of Adams County, Mr. Bailey retired from the Decatur General Electric Co. in 1962 after 21 years of service. Born Nov. 20, 1897 to Peter and Mamie Uhrich-Bailey, he was married on Sept. 13, 1923 to Mabel DeBolt, who survives.
