SEITNER Ruby A. Seitner, 90, Winona Lake, stepsister of a Berne woman, died Saturday. Among survivors are a son; three daughters; a half-brother; a half-sister and a step-sister, Mary Rhoades, Berne. Funeral services were held today, with burial in Community Cemetery, Roann. (Find a Grave lists her husband as Walter J.
