Lewis Fort Wayne IN United States NAOMI D. LEWIS, 66, of Fort Wayne, formerly of Decatur, died Friday, Aug. 10, 2007, at her residence. Born July 31, 1941, in Decatur, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Ramsey (stepfather) and Elizabeth (Ballard) Ladd-Ramsey. She married Kenneth W. Lewis on Aug. 20, 1959, in Decatur; he survives in Fort Wayne. She was a retired payroll supervisor for Deaconess Homecare, Fort Wayne. Also surviving are one son, Kenneth W. (Linda) Lewis Jr. of Harlan; three daughters, Tammy L. Lewis of New Haven, Tara M. Lewis of Fort Wayne and Jeannie A. Stevens of New Haven; one brother, John "Jack" W. Ladd of Auburn; two sisters, Mrs. James (Phyllis J.) McCargo of Foley, Ala. and Maryonna James of Decatur; one grandson; two step grandchildren; and one step great-grandchild. She was also preceded in death by son, Jeffrey S. Lewis, in 1970; two brothers; and three sisters. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Monday at Haggard & Sefton Funeral Home, Decatur, with visitation one hour prior. The Rev! . Scott Davis officiating. Visitation also from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial in Decatur Cemetery. Memorials to United Way of Allen County or American Cancer Society.
