REBER Donald E. Reber, 50, of Bluffton, brother of Mrs. Walter (Lois) Conrad, of route 2, Decatur, died unexpectedly at 2:30 a.m. Friday at the Clinic Hospital, Bluffton, shortly after admittance. He suffered a heart attack. He was employed at the International Harvester, Fort Wayne. Born in Craigville, Dec. 31, 1924, he was a son of George and Hazel Shady-Reber, and married Emma Siders on March 28, 1946 in Fort Wayne. Mr. Reber, a veteran of World War II, was a member of the American Legion. Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Roy (Carol) Winkler of Florida; Mrs. Howard (Gloria) Betz of Fort Wayne and Mrs. Robert (Kathy) Osborn of Bluffton; two brothers, Wayne of Muncie and Virgil L. of Bluffton; two sisters, Mrs. Walter (Lois) Conrad of route 2, Decatur and Mrs. Tony (Janet) Worthington of Bluffton and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Thoma-Rich Funeral Home, with Rev. Kaye Bass officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home.
