Hilton, 77, 417 Elm St., died at 2:17 p.m. Saturday in the Adams County Memorial Hospital, following an extended illness. She was a member of the St. Mark's United Methodist Church, the Women of the Moose, and the Pocahontas Lodge. Born in Adams County on Jan. 31, 1905, she was the daughter of Jonathan and Edith M. Kidwell-Sovine, and was married on Dec. 25, 1921 to A. N. Hilton; he died Oct. 28, 1969. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Theron (Mary Maxine) Dull, Decatur, and one grandchild, Mary Lee Dull. One daughter, Laura Alice, three sisters, and two brothers preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Winteregg-Linn & Haggard Funeral Home, Rev. C. Albert Nunery officiating. Burial will be in the Ray Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 10 a.m. Monday.
