Gephart, died at 6 p.m. Thursday in Van Wert county hospital. Her husband has several relatives in the Decatur and Wren, O. areas. Mrs. Gephart was a member of Ohio City United Methodist Church. Born Oct. 1, 1906, in Ridge township, she was a daughter of John H. and Margaret Miller-Gilbert, and was married on June 13, 1925, to Owen P. Gephart, who survives. Other survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Walter (Thelma) Thompson of near Van Wert; three sisters, Mrs. Guy (Ocie) Lantz of near Van Wert; Mrs. Cash (Florine) Brown of route 2, Rockford, O. and Mrs. Leo (Marcille) Matthews of Englewood, Fla. She was preceded in death by two brothers, William and Cloyd Gilbert. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Cowan & Son funeral home, Van Wert, with Rev. David L. Eichar of Ohio City and Rev. David Kuhtenia of Van Wert officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery, Ohio City. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. today.
