Peterson Dies Last Evening Mrs. Maude T. Peterson, 76, of 521 Penn street, died at 8:30 o'clock Wednesday evening at the South View rest home at Bluffton. She had been in failing health for three years with complications. A lifelong resident of Adams county, she was born in St. Mary's township Nov. 15, 1883, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Fuller, and was married to Charles A. Peterson in August of 1901. Her husband preceded her in death. Mrs. Peterson was a member of the Bethany Evangelical United Brethren church, and the Royal Neighbors. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Eugene Melchi of Decatur, and Mrs. Lynn Shirk of Fort Wayne; one son, Ralph C. Peterson of Goshen; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one brother, Ralph E. Fuller of Rochester, N. Y.; and one sister, Mrs. C. L. Custer of Pleasant Mills. One son, one daughter, four brothers and one sister preceded her in death. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Gillig & Doan funeral home, the Rev. Huston Bever, Jr., officiating. Burial will be in the Decatur cemetery.
