He was born in Mercer County, Ohio, March 16, 1912, a son of Earl and Hilda Branstetter Case, and was married to May Suman May 1, 1936. His wife preceded him in death February 19, 1964. Mr. Case lived in Decatur for a number of years until moving to Willshire in 19600. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge at Rockford, Ohio. Surviving are four brothers, Cleo Case of Loveland, Ohio, Voyd Case of Ohio City, Ohio, Joyce Case of Van Wert, Ohio, and Luther Case, with whom the deceased made his home; four sisters, Mrs. Glendola White of Monroe, route 1, Mrs. Ivan Douglas of Quincy, Mi., Mrs. Roma Fickert of Rockford, Ohio, route 1, and Mrs. Harold Schumm of Rockford, route 2. One daughter is deceased. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Ketcham-Ripley funeral Home at Rockford, with Rev. Paul Parker officiating. Burial will be in the Decatur Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 10:30 a.m. Friday until time of the service.
