Death followed a stroke which she suffered a week ago at her home in that city. Mrs. Murray was born in St. Mary's township, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Roop. She was married to Ed Murry, who died several years ago. Mr. Murray operated a mill in this city. The family left Decatur about 20 years ago. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ted Sowers of Warren, O.; four sons, Robert and Richard Murray, both employed at the Consolidated Aircraft factory in San Diego; Harry, civilian employe at Baer Field, Fort Wayne, and Lawrence Murray of Warren, Ohio; one sister, Mrs. Hild Murray of Decatur and two brothers, Richard Roop of Decatur and Charles Roop of Hammond.
