Kraner, 39, Ohio City, Ohio, died Monday in St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, Ohio, after a long illness. She was born in Decatur on June 3, 1959 to Herman A. and Jackqueline Gase Kelsey. Her father is deceased. Her stepfather and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Robert D. Miller, reside in Willshire, Ohio. She was a member of Salem United Methodist Church in Adams County. Other survivors include her husband D. Joe Kraner; three daughters, Jennifer, Amanda and Kayla Kraner, all at home; and paternal grandmother Mildred Kelsey of Monroe. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday (Ohio time) in Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home, Van Wert, Ohio with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery at Ohio City.
