DAILEY DEAD AT DECATUR Had Been Ill Four Years - Was Life Long Resident of County (By Kist News Bureau) DECATUR, Ind., June 4. - Clayton E. Dailey, born and reared in this county and for sixteen years a resident of this city, is dead at his home on Marshall street after a four years' illness with tuberculosis. Since last Friday only has he been bedfast. At the time of becoming ill he was a rural mail carrier from this city. Mr. Dailey was born August 13, 1849, near Willshire, O., the son of Elias (sic) and Mary Dailey, and at his death he was fifty-nine years, nine months, and twenty days of age. He was married first to Livona Neptune, and after her death he was married again, November 28, 1886, to Mary V. Woodruff, who survives, with one daughter - Annoti. He leaves one sister and one brother - Mrs. Jennie Smith, of Ottumwa, Ia.; E. Q. Dailey, of Kankakee, Ill., and one half brother - Will Dailey, of Willshire, O. The deceased was a member of the Christian church and of the fraternal order of Ben Hur. The funeral will be held Sunday morning at 10:30 o'clock from the! Christian church, the Rev. F. H.
