He had been in ill health for six months. He was a member of the Homer Pearson post 207, American Legion of Willshire, VFW of Sturgis, Mich., and a veteran of the Korean War. Born in Decatur on Oct 2, 1925, he was the son of Frank and Cora White Lough and was married to Adeline Strickler who survives. Other survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Larry (Jeanne) Harvey of Decatur; one son, Lynn Lough of Willshire; five sisters, Mrs. Gretchen Foreman of Decatur; Mrs. Ruth DeBolt of Decatur, Mrs. Russell (Idora) Andrews of Decatur, Mrs. Pete (Dorothy) Krontz of Sturgis, Mich., Mrs. Asia (Elvina) Currier of Kalamazoo, Mich.; six brothers, Fred of St. Paul, Minn., Donald of Fort Wayne, James of Decatur, Kenneth of Decatur, Everett of Decatur, and Frank of Sturgis. One brother, William (Bud) Lough preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m (Ohio time) at the Zwick funeral home, with Rev. Menzel Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Willshire Cemetery. Friends may call at the Zwick funeral home. Full military graveside rites will be held by post 207 of the American Legion.
