Steffen, 95, of Bluffton, died on Wednesday in Christian Care Retirement Community. She was a former Adams County resident. Surviving are a daugher, Mrs. Barry (Imogene) Isch, an Adams County resident with a Bluffton rural address; five grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Apostolic Christian Church at Vera Cruz, with burial in the church cemetery.
