Kitson Is Taken By Death Funeral Services Thursday Afternoon Mrs. Margaret Alma Kitson, 80, died at 5 a.m. Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Thomas Johnston, five miles west of Decatur. She had been in failing health for the past two years. She was born in Adams county Nov. 19, 1867, a daughter of Israel and Katherine Whilty-Stoneburner, and was a lifelong resident of the county. Her husband, William Kitson, died May 22, 1943. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Johnston, Mrs. Ernest Tumbleson of near Decatur, and Mrs. Ray McMichaels of Monroe; two sons, Harvey Kitson of Fort Wayne and Fred of Dayton, O.; a brother, John Stoneburner of Decatur; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Tumbleson home, three miles west of Decatur, with the Rev. Lloyd Null, pastor of the Antioch MBC church, of which she was a member, officiating. Burial will be in the Decatur cemetery. The body will be removed from the Black funeral home to the Tumbleson residence at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
