Rodenbeck Dies Monday Night Mrs. Anna Louise (Schwartz) Rodenbeck, 31, of 8840 N. LaCrosse Ave., Skokie, Ill., former resident of Decatur, died at 11:55 p.m. Monday at St. Luke's Presbyterian Hospital in Chicago following an extended illness. She was born near Berne September 3, 1930, a daughter of Peter D. and the late Elizabeth Nussbaum Schwartz, but had lived in Decatur most of her life. She attended school here and graduated from the Decatur High School in 1948. She was married to William Rodenbeck August 18 1951, and the family has lived in Skokie for the past 10 years. Mrs. Rodenbeck was a member of the First Methodist Church in this city. Surviving in addition to her husband are her father and stepmother, who reside at 915 West Monroe Street; two daughters, Louise Ann, 5, and Eva Elizabeth, 3; four brothers, Dr. Gerhart R. Schwartz of Mankato, Minn., Chester H. Schwartz of San Bernardino, Calif., and Raymond L. Schwartz of St. Louis, Mo., and two sisters, Mrs. E. H. (Frances) Lushbaugh of San Diego, Calif., and Mrs. R. Dale (Rosemary) Osborn of Fort Wayne. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Zwick Funeral Home, with burial in the Decatur Cemetery. The body was removed to the Rodenbeck Funeral Home in Fort Wayne, where friends may call Wednesday. The body will then be brought to the Zwick Funeral Home, where friends may call after 7 p.m. Thursday until time of the services.
