Lafayette St., Fort Wayne, widow of William Standiford, died at 7:35 p.m. Tuesday at the Crow Haven nursing home, Fort Wayne. She had been ill one day and bedfast for nine years. Born in Harrison township, Van Wert county, Ohio, on February 7, 1875, she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Roth, and was married to William Standiford on January 4, 1897. Her husband preceded her in death on October 31, 1951. Survivors include several nephews and nieces in Adams county. Seven brothers and sisters preceded her in death. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Zwick funeral home, with Rev. Cleo Roth and Rev. A. L. Keller officiating. Burial will be in the Decatur cemetery.
