I actually have most of the info I need on the Teeters, but I wouldn't mind making contact with a long-lost cousin or two. I'd like to know who to contact regarding the Backesto Cemetery. My Great-Grandfather ROBISON is buried there, but doesn't have a stone. I know where his grave is, and I have documented evidence that he is buried there. Who does one contact to get permission to put a stone there? Also, my GG-Uncle and Aunt Kerr are there, but their stone is almost completely obscured by a large bush. Who does one ask for permission to cut down offending vegetation? >I'm working on a new feature for the Adams Co. web site that will provide a >listing of cemetery records in the county... The listing of the Backesto Cemetery, while a welcome addition to the Adams Co. archives, is woefully out of date, having been copied from a book compiled in the late 1950s. Tim, if I have time this summer, and if no one else is working on it, I'll try to get you an updated list for Backesto. There are many names missing from that list. You're doing great work, Tim.
