Rebecca Durbin Scoles daughter of Adams CO pioneer Andrew Wesly Scoles married 4/7/1850 as her first husband Ira Blossom. They had 1 child, also named Ancil, however the baby & Ancil SR. both died of cholera in 1853. Rebecca married again in 1855 to Branson Roebuck & had 4 more children. 3 of them survived to adulthood, possibly only 2 as I have no information. Rebecca was born 1828 in Knox CO., OH. Her parents had lived there from 1820 to 1837 when they moved to Blue Creek Twp. She died Feb. 1910 probably just over the state line in Mercer CO., OH.
