I am researching these surnames in Adams Co. BROWN and WARNER. Some allied families are Gessinger, Lenhart (Linhart,etc.), Stevens, Breiner, Baxter, Mumma, Roberts, Fear, Singleton, etc. I published a book called The Brown / Warner Letters, 1852 - 1884 which involves letters written from Adams County mentioning the above. I sent a copy of this book to the Decatur Library in July, 1999 but have never heard whether they received it.
