Thanks to Marv Drier who teaches at Wyneken Memorial Lutheran School I've added a link to the Zion-Friedheim Lutheran Church website, which he maintains. He tells me that there is some historical information there now, and that there are plans to eventually place the records of the church, dating back to 1838, on the web site. I'm always glad to hear about information like this and will pass it along to you when I hear about it. There are also indexes to the Backesto and Reynolds cemetery books in the Decatur Public Library. The indexes were compiled and provided by David G. Smith.
