I have noted that some of you have these surnames in Adams County, they all tie into my WHITRIGHT line. BAXTER Margaret ______BAXTER born 1844 ----- no further information Daughter Cora BAXTER born Nov 1875 in Ohio married Dalton WHITRIGHT in 1885. Dalton is the son of Elizabeth HARDEN and Elias WHITRIGHT. In the 1900 census, they were living in Tully Twsp. Van Wert County, Ohio and Cora's mother Margaret is living with them, she is a widow. HARDEN/BURRELL Jane R. BURRELL born 7 Sept 1834 Tuscarawas Co. Ohio and died 15 May 1920 in Union Twsp. Adams Co. IND. Jane married William HARDEN 14 Nov 1852 Adams County, IND. Jane R. BURRELL is the daughter of Richard and Sarah (STRASBURY) BURRELL. Son William H. HARDEN, a widower in 1900 Union Twsp. Adams Co. census, married Marietta MUMMA 16 Mar 1893 in Adams Co. A daughter, Elizabeth HARDEN born 12 Feb 1854 Adams Co. IND. married Elias WHITRIGHT 22 Nov 1870 in Adams Co. COBLE/WHITRIGHT Samuel and Nancy (COBLE) WHITRIGHT lived in Root Twsp.
