Hi All, While looking through the online (at FTM) Adams Co birth/marriage/death records I found a few interesting tidbits. First was the 2nd marriage of Jonathan Kelly! His wife, Sarah Kerrigan died 1855. On June 19, 1856 a Jonathan Kelly marries Ellen Lewis. This fits w/ what I have for the 1860 census, Jonathan & Ellen are listed along w/ another Ellen Kelly & Susannah Cole. I still don't know who the 2nd Ellen Kelly & Susannah Cole are. I'm sure this was a 2nd marriage for Ellen Lewis as well but I don't know who she is. She must have died before 1870 as Jonathan is living w/ his son Justus & Ellen isn't listed. I wonder if Ellen is buried next to her first husband? Whoever he was! Attention AA & AR: I found a James/Charles Kelly in the right time frame to be who Grandmother remembers.
