Hi Folks, Just to clarify, any queries posted to the boards on the Adams Co. web site, are now being forwarded automatically to this list. At the top of the message you'll see will be something like: Posted on: Adams County, In Query Forum Board URL: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/In/Adams?read=519 Be sure when you respond that you click on the Board URL which will take you directly to that message on the board. Post your reply there, following the directions. It's very likely that many people posting queries are not on this mailing list, and they will not see any replies you post directly here. Your reply on the board will automatically appear on this list as well. Any questions, let me know. I have not seen any of the recent viruses on this or the Randolph Co. list, which I manage. Rootsweb does a pretty good job of filtering out those kinds of problems. Just be sure never to open an email attachment unless you know exactly what it is and who it is from. (This list will not forward attachments). And keep your messages in text format (a selection in your email program). Good hunting!
