The Persho that I am trying to find is William,born in 1818 In New Hampshire. His wife Elmira was born in 1822 in OHio. I got this information from an 1860 census taken in Black Creek Township in Mercer county Ohio. Their children's names were Almira, Aldine,Mary, Delilah, William and Alvira. Later they had James & Emma. I found that on the 1880 census. The Persho's moved to Van Wert County Ohio and were very prominent there. I found several things in the Van Wert county history book in the library there.Both the Mercer county library and the Van Wert county libraries are very accommodating to searchers.
