Zion United Brethren in Christ Church at Bobo and its ladies aid organization. Surviving are a son, Steve A. Irwin of Decatur; seven daughters, Peggy Hinkle of Bellefontaine, Ohio, and Mrs. Ervin (Barbara) Ross, Mrs. Kermit (Daisy) Garner, Mrs. Mile (Kathryn) McGill, Mrs. Gary (Margie) Ross, Mrs. Paul (Jane) Lengerich, and Jackie Haviland, all of Decatur; 30 grandchildren; 68 great-grandchildren; and 29 great-great-grandchildren. She was a member of the auxiliary unit of American Legion Post 43 in Decatur and the Women of the Moose Chapter 625. Surviving are five daughters, Linda G. He was a Monroe Township farmer who also worked for Eastern Indiana Oil Co., the Adams County Highway Department, Franklin Electric Corp. in Bluffton, All American Homes in Decatur, and Adams County Co-Op Lumber. He was a member of Monroe United Brethren in Christ Church, the Indiana Sheriffs' Association, and American Legion Post 43 in Decatur. During World War II, he was a sergeant in the U. S. Army Medical Corps, in the Pacific Ocean theater of operations. Other survivors are a brother, Rev. Chester D. He retired in 1963 from the General Electric Co. plant in Decatur after a 20-year career and was formerly employed by Willshire Co-op for 10 years. He was also a former employee with the old Nickel Plate Railroad, working on a section gang that maintained the tracks. He attended the Church of the Nazarene in Decatur. She was a member of St. Marks Unite Methodist Church in Decatur, the United Methodist Women, the Shakespeare Club, the honorary chapter of Psi Iota Xi Sorority, and the Retired Teacher's Association. She was also a former member of the Decatur Library Board and a member of the Adams County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary for 14 years. Surviving are a son, David F. FRYSINGER DIES Overall Manufacturer Succumbs After Long Illness. David F. Frysinger, aged 52, a resident of this city for 15 years, died at his home at 414 East Taber street, at 2:30 o'clock this morning of a complication of diseases. Mr. Frysinger had been in poor health for about a year, but was confined to his home only about three months. He was born in Adams county, and received his early education in the public schools of that county and then attended the Western Ohio Normal school and Indiana university. He taught school for a number of years in Allen county and Van Wert county, Ohio. In 1904 he was married to Miss Nora Drake, of Van Wert, who survives him. He first engaged in the manufacturing business at Van Wert, forming a partnership with his brother-in-law, B. A. Drake, operating the Van Wert Overall Co. for 10 years. He then disposed of his interests there and came to Fort Wayne and associated himself with his brother, M. C. Frysinger, in the organization of the Wayne Overall Co., taking an active part in the management of the affairs of this company up to the time of his recent illness. From the time of his coming to Fort Wayne 15 years ago, he had been an active member of the First Church of Christ and a teacher of the Loyal Workers adult Bible class for 14 years. The last year he was superintendent of the Bible school. Besides his widow, he is survived by six sisters, Mrs. L. E. Burkett, Miss Margaret Frysinger and Mrs. Cal Case, of Fort Wayne; Mrs. D. A. Baker, of Carleton, Mich.; Mrs. W. H. Spayd, of Van Wert, and Mrs. Peter Nicholas, of Albuquerque, N. M.; also three brothers, Grant M., Miles C., and Aud, of Fort Wayne. Funeral will be held at 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the home and at 1:30 o'clock at the First Church of Christ, West Jefferson street and Fairfield avenue, with the Rev. E. A. McKim officiating. Burial will be made at Van Wert. Mr. Frysinger was an elder of the First Church of Christ and surviving elders will act as pallbearers at the funeral. He was a lifetime member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. During World War II, he served in the U. S. Army's medical corps from 1942-45 in Europe and was in the Battle of the Bulge. Mrs. Gyneth Francille Keller of Berne, passed away at the Swiss Village Retirement Center in Berne, Indiana, Monday. She was born in Adams County to Thomas B. and Mary A. (Hocker) Oliver. She later married Floyd E. "Cy" Keller in 1935, who preceeded her in death in 1985. Francille was a retired teacher who taught at the Pleasant Mills School. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Rockford, Ohio. She was a member of the O.E.S. of Rockford, OH and the Indiana Retired Teachers Association. She is survived by 1 Brother, John F. Oliver, Auburn, California and 1 Sister, Lucille M. Baker, Decatur, In. Mrs. Keller was preceeded in death by 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Funeral Information: There will be a private graveside service for Mrs. Keller on Saturday, November 15, 2003, Rev.
