GRAND JURY AFTER CASPER SEIBERT The case of Casper Seibert, charged with shooting at Philip (consider Phillip a spelling variant) Specht and James Wilson, was continued in the city court until Wednesday morning. It was learned this morning that Specht and Wilson had been ordered to appear before the grand jury and tell what they know of the trouble.
