Bloomington (IN) Weekly Courier, January 26, 1915, p. 1. Orval (consider Orville a spelling variant) McGuire and Miss Jessie Poling, both of Brown County, were badly injured when a horse they were driving became frightened and jumped off a 20-foot embankment. Miss Poling jumped from the buggy and suffered a broken arm. McGuire was bruised about the head and as unconscious when removed.
