Accompanying them were Williams, Kays, Yarber, White, Clark and Cosby who have been charged with complicity in the murder. Stone was placed upon the stand and plead guilty to the murder. A large crowd collected at the courthouse, but everything was quiet. There was no trouble experienced in getting a jury. After about 15 minutes' deliberation, the jury returned a verdict of guilty of murder in the first degree.
