BOTH FEET ROTTING OFF Jeffersonville, Ind., Feb. 26-Edward Leach of Memphis, 25, going home late at night, went into the barn and slept, covering himself with a blanket. Both of his feet were frozen so badly that they began rotting off, and Leach underwent amputation. It is feared he will die.
